BRIEF:Located in Dammam, this U-Shape house with a lot area of 800 sqm sets a different standard in terms of modernity fused with traditional courtyard house concept. The architect and owner of this project needed to design a house that re-defines traditions in regional housing. The U-shaped house was planned to allow natural setting for a private outdoor landscape. A swimming pool built just in front of the living rooms to create relaxation, hence placing shaded garden outdoor sitting terrace around the pool under the over hung office studio at the west side. |
The open house planned with a great flexibility to re-arrange for different events or client’s needs, accentuated with vibrant interior wall colors and furniture makes the house a perfect marriage for a solution of traditional values fused with modernity in space and form. |
