BRIEF:

The project consists of 16 town houses using two different prototype schemes and constructed in a neighborhood in Sihat. The Client wanted to target middle income young group of people. Each villa has nested in a lot area of 375 sqm and the floor area of each dwelling unit, which has two levels, has an approximate built-up area of 400-450 sqm. The challenge involved in creating a variation in elevation and floor layout concepts but within the limits of modernity and the architectural expression was a conscious departure to modern idiom largely prevalent in recent developments in the city.
