BRIEF:

AFM with Tadam office were appointed by the Jubail municipality authorities to prepare urban study for semi-island development and master plan of Al Furai new fisherman’s village.

A semi-island of an area of 24 million sqm lot along the fascinating Arabian Gulf. The study included a physical and photographic survey and analysis of the current problems of the current fishing port.

   

The project designed to make Al Furai a fishing destination for close-by, commercial and sport fishermen. By developing 1.5 million sqm as Phase-I of the upcoming Furai village, the new development focuses on synchronizing the new development uses to create future investment opportunities.
