BRIEF:

The project was intended to explore a new look of the facilities without losing the corporate image of the parent franchising company. A franchised image fused with a contemporary regional style (the approved style for the city center area by the local authority) was the driving criteria in development of the design image of a commercial outlet with roof deck dining at Jubail Industrial City. The total build area is 789 sqm. The project needed to incorporate the parent company international standard of requirements besides establishing its unique character.
