The gross area of this community commercial center planned for 6,250 sqm approximately. Designed to accommodate:
• Large central commercial center
• Rentable shops and restaurants at ground floor
• Leasable offices of variety sizes at first floor.

Design concept:
The aesthetic appeal of terra cotta tiled roof, environs an open plaza makes a lasting impression. The flow of circulation amongst shopping area and offices are clearly estranged for a heterogeneous function of space.
