BRIEF:

A mixed use urban development proposed to be built on a lot with an approximate area of 34,000 sqm along Dammam Khobar Highway. The project is composed of large commercial outlets, urban office complex, bachelor housing complex, recreational facilities, and all supporting site facilities. The design criteria challenge was create distinctive and attractive facilities, which besides creating an architectural urban node also, cost effective for tenants. The project aimed to attract nearby congested city offices come out in breathings urban setting.
