BRIEF:

An A+ class office building to serve as the “Samir Group” headquarters in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The structure is derived to high standard, where many LEED practices were pre-defined from the start:

a. Building Orientation (blocking harmful sun (heat/gain) on the east and west were shading the south elevation with shading devices.
b. The interior has open atrium to further enhance interior work/air quality, where everyone has a “green” view.
